2026 YETI Tailgate Fundraiser information
It’s time for our annual YETI Tailgate fundraiser, and we’re excited to get everyone involved.
Ticket Distribution & Sales
Each player will receive a packet of 24 tickets. These are valued at $10 each (or $50 for a 6-pack), totaling approximately $200–$240 depending on how they’re sold.
Every player is responsible for selling their full set of 24 tickets. These are easy to sell to family, friends, neighbors, and fellow fans—the grand prize is typically worth $1,000–$1,500, which makes them very appealing!
Top sellers will win prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in ticket sales.

People who purchase tickets through the link will be issued an electronic ticket and asked who sold them a ticket. Tickets sold through the link will be filled out by the club and players will get credit for those purchases. Please do not fill out the tickets you receive tonight for tickets sold on Zeffy. Tickets distributed tonight are to be sold in person and money collected and returned together with ticket stubs.

Important Deadlines
- Return all ticket stubs (the smaller portion with name and phone number), along with payment (cash or checks) no later than April 10th.
- The prize drawing will take place on April 14th.
This Year’s Big Prize A huge thank you to the Berry Family for generously donating a YETI Roadie 48 Wheeled Cooler (retail value around $425)—perfect for any tailgate!
Donation Ideas to Make the Prize Even Better We’re looking for additional items to add to the raffle/prize pool. Great suggestions include:
- Yard games (e.g., cornhole, ladder ball, giant Connect 4)
- Outdoor cooking gear (grills, utensils, etc.)
- Tailgating essentials (chairs, blankets, portable speakers, etc.)
- Alcohol (please do not send alcohol with your player; instead, text KATE to arrange a safe pickup or drop-off)
Anything fun and useful for a great tailgating experience would be appreciated!
